WARM WEATHER PACKAGING: An additional $5.95 is required per ice brick as deemed necessary. When shipping to the following states: AZ, CA, FL, HI, TX warm weather packaging is required year-round. We reserve the right to add ice bricks when necessary to ensure a safe (un-melted) arrival of chocolates.
ARRIVAL DATE/GUARANTEE: We make every attempt to ensure that your order arrives on or before the requested date. Most orders received before noon EST can be shipped the same day. Depending upon the season, orders placed later in the week are normally held and shipped on the following Monday to avoid having the chocolates wait in a shipping hub over the weekend.
DeBrand cannot be held responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control such as: incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather, natural disasters, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks to name a few. For this reason, it is always best to request early delivery, especially during holidays.
